Champ could have gotten Lamar Jackson here but I am not sure it would have even made a difference. He did have bad luck but when you have Skyler Morningwood as your QB you are DOOMED for sure.
Spurrier won with 3 stars. Hell SOS won with a walkon zero star.

Yes, it seems that the Admin loved the Chump and it was the rascally, nasty, unreasonable and especially negative Florida fans that were the real reason that Florida can't keep a great coach like the Chump. Chump was only one year away from being great.

Dooley analysis always seems to miss the problem with the thin pool when Muschamp was fired was because Foley failed to act a year earlier when UF lost to Georgia Southern. That year among the coaches that UF might have considered who got jobs were:

1. Franklin
2. Petersen
3. Petrino
4. Sarkisian
5. Strong
