Have you seen Kelly's NFL offenses the last couple of years? They are nothing like his college offenses. He's completely stripped them of any creativity.

He has had zero talent to work with (3rd year in Philly was his fault as he shipped out most of the talent lol).

Jags have some pieces on O especially at WR. Bortles is a huge ?, however Kelly did make Kaepernick look serviceable last year which is saying a lot. I'll take him in Jville (until UF job comes up for grabs).
