I was hard on Fred while he was here b/c he was slow and his feet looked nailed to the ground. But I have to give him all the credit for working hard, improving and obviously found some good coaching in the NFL to achieve a spot on a roster. I just find it interesting that in the next post I read that 2 of only a few 5 stars that have signed at UF in recent years, just signed with the XFL. So here was Ivey, top rated O-Lineman in high school and Big Fred, a commit at FIU, FAU, Bethune Gulf Coast or wherever it was that we "stole", shows up slow as molasses, and 5-6 years later is in the NFL. Meanwhile Ivey is on his way to a Wrestling career. Should call Thaddeus Bullard to get some tips.
