I have an acquaintance who spent 5 years in prison for sleeping with a girl who told him she was 18. He will have the sexual predator tag follow him around the rest of his life. His words to me were "Florida doesn't play around with those crimes, they will come after you guns blazing" I don't think they would let Kitna walk free just because of who he is....That being said I don't think anyone will want those optics at their school.

All this back and forth for a public document. You can read the arrest report, and if the cops are not lying, you see what he admitted to as well. I can both see (1) why he was not prosecuted (as how do you prove an image from the stomach to upper thigh is prepubescent (opposed to waxed)) and (2) see why he is not let back on the team and his prosecution required he continue to get life coaching.
