If we're still offering DE's I'd say the coaches aren't real confident about Jefferson and Cowart.

This is the second DE I've seen them offer this week. Maybe they're just trying to get CC or Cowart to sh!t or get off the pot.

Exactly, for most of the good offensive players, we were out of the running last year when they extended Mushchimp. With the defensive guys, it was over in October when it became obvious the last staff was done.

It could have been different if we hired a coach with current contacts with these kids but we didn't.

Hey, I hope GIs source is correct... I just dont expect it. In fact Id be more than happy if we got 5-7 big mean OL and maybe a few DTs even if they arent fast and athletic and saved the other schollies for a huge class next year.

Coach has apparently been hearing Laws request for OL's. . 3-star OT Frederick Johnson (6-7, 285), Royal Palm Beach HS teammate of Canes LB EE Charles Perry, will visit UM, UF, LSU, Tenn this month.
