Really stupid move by Strickland. No harm in raising the bonuses, but Mac has done nothing to deserve a raise and extension. What progress does he think Mac's made? Year 2 under him was worse than year 1.

2.5 mil a year is correct. Before this it was 2.25 mil a year.
You are probably right though, he gets a 5th year easily.
I actually agree with the others that an extension was not necessary at this point.
