Can't double dip here. It's one of 2 things...

I keep hearing here that the talent level of a P5 is the difference maker so, there's a talent gap with these lower tiered conference.

Or

They just can't afford to hire elite level coaches. In these lower conferences the team reflects much more of the HC than an OC or DC.

Frost and/or Norvell teams reflect them. If they go to a P5, they'll be more of the CEO type.
