Pragmatically, Mac has dug a latrine so deep, he may never climb out. It will take a heck of a lot of players becoming superstars out of Toney, our RBs, and out of Franks.... develop them?.... or just allow them to develop their natural talent and coaches use those?

Unfortunately, Mac just did some firing but the replacements, as we've seen, have not improved anything visibly.... and the absorption of upbeat spirit, players cannot get it from their HC.??

You won't find that incessant stuff coming out of my mouth... the del taco, butters stuff. Nuss is Nuts though, lol. When did society becomes so whiny? you living in a bunker marine? today's social media culture is entitlement, race card and feigned discrimination, etc. True, I deplore progressive-socialist-liberals, that's no secret. In general, that mindset of society is herded like cattle, spewing their mindless need my money to do their purported virtuous idea. Otherwise, I'm not fit to exist in their vision of nirvana on earth... historically, they'll drone on to slaughter in time... look at public schools, mainstream media, hollywood, pro sports to take notes on indoctrination... but hell this is a topic for the lost and weary in the political forum. I think we agree on the name calling issue when it reaches belligerent or defamation levels. Generally, I just look at it as fans making a play on words or trying to be funny versus true ill will. Anyway, my name is Chad, as a first name ice breaker. You're a Gator, so I'm good with you brother.

... so I can just call you Chaddy?

My thoughts tonight:

1. We are going to miss Butch Jones next season.

2. Kirby Smart is a very good recruiter with an excellent staff.

3. The Gators have some exciting young players on offense.

4. The Gators’ O-Line is finally improving.

5. Our DB’s and linebackers are not playing like Florida Gators.

6. The Gators will lose at least two conference games this year and finish 8-3 or 7-4.

7. Neither Nord, Nuss, or Mac are SEC caliber coaches.

8. Georgia is now the heavy favorite to win the East.

9. Franks is not very good right now but could be by the end of the season.

I think we saw a good step forward with the offense today. 38 points with no help from the defense against an SEC opponent. Obviously not all rainbows, we still need a consistent Qb, and defense has to fix a lot of things, but overall a good day. Now let’s beat those cajun’s a$$ next week :chomp:

We lose Goolsby & Powell on offense next year and Washington & Dawson on defense.

The future is looking better.

I checked the score on my phone at halftime. I saw it was 17-17 and I just chuckled and said "I'm glad I decided to work today".

I'm sure the other cooks in the McDonalds kitchen were too. Pretty nice of you to pick up the weekend shift.

That was my take. A positive step in the right direction. Benching seemed to help Franks. OL was much better. Davis is a stud and Perine seems to have stepped it up a notch. Cleveland rocks.

I was impressed that we stuffed their running game, and surprised they didn’t commit to it as we’ve been suspect. Their QB spun some nice passes and made some big plays but couldn’t do it consistently.

But just a step. They’ve got to keep plowing ahead, improving week by week.

Haters and Complainers in PANIC mode now with the UF offense exploding. Yeah, yeah yall will explain it away by saying its Vandy BUT its a much improved Vandy squad with good coaches. 467 yards of total offense. 5 TDs. 218 yards rushing. Won TOP. No turnovers. Defense gave up some yards but held Vandy to 46 yards and Webb to ONLY 29 yards rushing while he has AVERAGED over 100 yards a game vs UF defenses that have been better than this years team. OWNED and DESTROYED!! Go Gators!!

So where are the people who were saying we'd be 0-4 after the Northern Colorado game was canceled? And where are the people who picked us to lose to Kentucky and/or Vandy? They should be given a week's vacation on principle.
Nah. They will just keep posting as before. One is tempted to drag up their ridiculous, negative posts, but it would not change anything. They are beyond shame

The mid season dumpster fire begins soon...

Sounds like a pretty weak defense.

I'm not a big stats guy but UGA won by 41 points and they only had 378 total yards.

I am looking forward to the next two weeks because we should win both game. Depending how much Franks grows in the offense will depend on how we match up against UGA.

Fromm (UGA QB) was 7-15 for 84 yards
Chubbs had over 100 yars rushing

UGA's D looks good but they haven't played anyone yet. We know now that Miss State was a pretender.

Unfortunately, we bring back the rest of 3 star u.

What is better? DTs will he better. The next good lb we sign will be our first. RBs and WRs still mehhh. OL still below average. DEs still tiny and weak vs run. DBs probably better with experience.

That isnt a formula for success.

Mac doesn't seem up to the task, but some dumpers (not you) enjoy our problems entirely too much. Wouldn't it have been nice to have some of them who gleefully predicted we would fail against Vandy to have expressed some pleasure in our success? Are we wrong to wonder if they expressed no pleasure because they felt none?
