mom always said if you have nothing nice to say, don't say aanything at all. Well during the chump Era...I really had nothing nice to say.

I have followed recruiting closely for years, but this year I have fallen off. Is there a running list of targets somewhere?

Gotta salute "Law" for the most incisive truth of Muschamp = an itinerary of upward failure. Law's message
reminds me of Muschamp being like the Peanuts Pigpen character who brought dirt & dust wherever he
travelled, but Muschamp is bringing, kicking up ruin wherever he goes.

Add to that his Natty of violent face repeatedly shown on National TV, his busting his knuckles during
instructing players. That's like a domestic violence "pep-talk"?

Again Law, superior post-story ! Ever grateful for you laying out his resume. His Upward Failure yet to be
recognized by CFB establishment.

Joe Btfsplk was a character in the satirical comic strip Li'l Abner by cartoonist Al Capp (1909–1979). He is well-meaning, but is the world's worst jinx, bringing disastrous misfortune to everyone around him. A small, dark rain cloud perpetually hovers over his head to symbolize his bad luck. Hapless Btfsplk and his ever-present cloud became one of the most iconic images in Li'l Abner.

One storyline in the early 1970s features him trapping his cloud in a special anti-pollutant jar. Joe becomes romantically involved with a gal for the first time—until her crazed ex-boyfriend shows up to kill him. Joe reluctantly opens the jar and releases his cloud in order to take care of the boyfriend, and wistfully realizes that he wasn't meant for any other kind of life. As he returns to his normal, loner existence, his cloud once again in tow, he is for the moment satisfied to be who he really is.

In addition to the obvious comic effect, Capp often used Joe Btfsplk as a deus ex machina to produce miraculous rescues or to effect plot twists. Joe was later licensed for use in a series of animated TV commercials for Head & Shoulders, a dandruff shampoo.

Wow....you would be hard pressed to find a more obscure point of reference than Joe Btfsplk from Lil Abner. Well done....very well done. (I do remember him).
