Foley hasn't been cheap with McElwain. McElwain has about 40 more personnel/staff than Chump or Meyer or Zook at his disposal and is getting worse results. What are all those assistants, GA's, and assistants to assistants doing?

but we've recruitied some far more balanced classes the last 2 years and now we need to produce on the field or our recruiting will really take a ****

We've recruited 0 DTs and 4 LBs in the last two years, and we recruited 3 of the 5-6 OL we needed this year.

This "now we need to produce" bullshyt is just another excuse. The good recruiters sell an idea. Urban, Harballs, and Kirby Smart didn't have to wait til the "produced on the field" to land better classes. It's a snowball and we are WAAAAAY behind here.

Something other than recruiting or recruiting well.

I think he's a damn good recruiter. I just think we were cheap and got a shyt ton of assistants that can't recruit. We moved in the right direction by canning Callahan and bringing in Gray.
