Not if he thinks there's even one iota of a possibility he could be called up to the majors. And at this point it's still a possibility.he'll change his mind
Mehhhh.... I don't know. Tebow is the sort of kid SOS always moved to TE.he'll change his mind, He loves football, and he knows an offensive genius like Spurrier will design plays to his strengths. They will win the inaugural AAF Championship.
He will never make it in MLB. No one is bringing up or trading for a 32 yoa AA player. He’ll never make it in either sport if he jumps back and forth. Besides, he’s already been an NFL starter, so why go backwards?
Not even a team as pathetic as the Mets would call up someone who strikes out in over 40% of his ABs and has an OPS of .736 at the AA level. He should just go have fun playing in the one-off semi-pro league and start his life as a fundraiser/public speaker.
Plenty of teams love players like that. Not even a team as pathetic as the Mets would call up someone who strikes out in over 40% of his ABs and has an OPS of .736 at the AA level.
Yeah but he hit over 450 home runs. In the Majors.Plenty of teams love players like that.

And, what, 20,000 strike outs?Yeah but he hit over 450 home runs. In the Majors.
The back and forth here takes me back 25 years to MJ's decision to retire from basketball to pursue his dream of playing MLB. That was a true WTF moment.
There was plenty of speculation at the time that Jordan had reached a plea deal with David Stern over gambling. I don't think so. He came back only after he had thoroughly gotten baseball out of his system and realized it was a dead-end road. I think it took until then for him to realize how much he missed basketball and pursuing championships.Pardon the skepticism, but I have always believed somehow there was something more to the story of him retiring and pursuing baseball. Not sure what though.....
