In most cases the SHYTE you know is better than the SHYTE you do not not know. In rare rare rare instances the SHYTE you do not know is better than the SHYTE you do know. This happens to be one of those truly rare instances!

I don't understand the hate towards Stricklin....I like the guy...he has overseen the demise of football and basketball so well that I have all this extra free time now to get things done that I didn't have time for before under Foley because we were too busy winning and playing in big games and I had to spend countless hours watching us win titles...frankly it was getting old and tiresome...

Curious, is Foley still around, on campus, has an office even? I would think Stricklin is man enough to say "that's it, I'm the AD, here's your season tickets Mr Foley, see you in the booster section".

TOS are all over this. They say it has some legs. I don’t think anything has been said that he’s been pursued yet, but he is at the top of their list.

Also, I saw a post over there that said the AD does not hire coaches there. Which I thought was a little weird. But if that’s the case, it would be right in his wheelhouse. Because he sucks at hiring coaches.
