I’m a huge carrot cake fan - that’s the birthday go-to…but got one from Whole Foods and it was horrible. Publix is still the best.

Publix carrot cake/bar thing is pretty awesome

Publix carrot cake is great...but TooJay's is better.

TooJay's aren't as common as they used to be (and the quality has suffered), but there's still a handful in the Orlando area.

Their carrot cake is excellent.

Homemade Hershey Cocoa fudge (hard to make* but absolutely the best fudge) and homemade tart cherry pie with a minimum if sugar.

I've never liked pumpkin pie.

* I use a candy thermometer and take it to 245-248 F ... makes a hard fudge that melts in your mouth.

WF is very hit or miss. Try the chocolate lava cake from them, if you haven’t already. It’s great.
