We should plan out a GCMB recommended road trip of sh!ttyness.

All the stops are overrated, underwhelming, and disappointing tourist traps.

I’ll start with…Daytona Beach.

Alex.
This has been posted for 2 hours and still no your mom’s house comments.

If this is not on the list, I’m not interested.

Reminds me of that movie The Fundamentals of Caring where Paul Rudd takes the wheel chair bound kid on a trip to see a bunch of stupid sites on the way to confront his deadbeat dad.

Years ago when I worked for SAIC, there was another employee from up in Virginia who took a couple months off and went all over the U.S. to fish in 50 states in 50 days. He actually had a website journal that I watched to keep up with it. That was cool and something that I would love to do someday...

Only five reasons to ever set foot in California ever again:

1. Reagan Library
2. Nixon Library
3. Take in game at Dodger Stadium, although I despise them, the history oozes.
4. Take in game at Rose Bowl, even if UCLA home game.
5. Take in game at LA Coliseum, even if USC home game.

The last thing I want to do is go see a bunch of ****** cocksuckers taking a **** off the side of a cable car.

If I ever get to drive cross country again in my lifetime, I'd love to avoid interstate highways completely and take back roads and see what's left of real America out there.

Reagan Library is fantastic and also in a very pretty part of the state.
I remember reading his last letter to the public before his dementia kicked in full time.
It was posted right outside the Oval Office replica door.
Got really dusty in there after reading that.

Heading to Dodger Stadium next week to watch them play the Mets - I hear it's Hello Kitty night on Monday!

Hanford site in washington is really nothing. Now if you say "Go to the Olympic Peninsula" I'm in.
Daughter in law is from up there, Son met her while stationed at Whidbey Island.
The Olympic range as seen from Hurricane Ridge is spectacular.
Hell that range from the Seattle space needle is spectacular.
Mt.Ranier is real fun to drive on in the winter....... not

Perfect road trip would be leaving FLa with this fckkn heat and finding a nice place in Montana or the Pacific coast where the temps are 20° cooler and stay till the first game in the Swamp kicks off.
