I suspect Thompson saw the writing on the wall with Perine and Scarlett and and let his guard down. I thought I recalled reading that he was a hard worker so this is surprising. Of course, he was a Juco for a reason ("I made mistakes and have learned the error of my ways" or something to that effect).

The identity of this team should be run to setup pass. Perine and Scarlett hopefully make that obvious today.
