Well, to kick it off, I thought this was interesting:

Kelvin Taylor with 17 reps on bench press. OL Mason Halter with 9 reps on bench

9 reps for a 300+lb OL? No wonder he got his ass rolled by a 200lb Safety! That's literally pathetic!

There's an article on SEC Country saying that Bullard is a projected 1st rounder. I had read that he was likely a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Would be great to see him taken in the 1st round.

Nine reps and he was the starter. Tells you how badly we were hurting for players.

As for Bullard, I think he may be one of the best defensive lineman we've ever had. I would be shocked if he fell out of the first.

I am no big dude by any means (5'10" 220 lbs), but 9 reps that is pathetic! My workout right now consists of 10 reps if 225, 8 reps of 245. 8 reps 275, and 6 reps of 315. And before you ask I am way too small to play OL.

When I was 24 years old and weighing about 160 lbs, I consistently threw up 225 in sets of 10. Now I fully admit I was a workout junkie and spent a good amount of time in the gym. But isn't that what these players are supposed to be doing anyway?

I'm 6' and 190ish now and 225 is a cakewalk. Im not built for power either, always been lean and fast. Triathlons are my thing. 9 reps at 225 by a freaking 300 pounder who is supposed to live and breathe strength and conditioning? Just shameful...

That's a lot of damn weight. You scrong!
I got stronger and slower. When I joined the Army over 20 years ago my best time in the two mile was 10:26 and I could only do 55-60 pushups in two minutes. Now my run is lets just say significantly less, and I max my pushups (75) in about a minute.
