Cauliflower dipped in onion ring batter and deep fried is quite tasty actually. Even my kids like it.

At my local Indian/gyro dive it’s a dish called ‘zahra’.
Translated to ‘cauliflower fries’.

Our local bagel shop makes this same thing. I get a poppyseed bagel and it has ham, honey mustard, melted Brie and sprouts. But those are more like bean sprouts, not Brussels sprouts.

I cannot even imagine brussel sprouts on a sandwich. Yuuuuck
