If Harris hasn't clearly beaten out Washington by now, it means he isn't very good.
Uhhhh its probably the other way around. Harris is terrble. Just too slow to cover. Washington isnt much in run support and isnt much better in coverage.

Regardless of whether you want to think of Harris as a slow safety or an undersized linebacker, he'll probably get some reps at nickel if one of the linebackers gets injured.

True. You could also argue this has something to do with coaching. Hopefully the addition of Gray will help both players improve.
