here’s a 4 year snap shot: 2010-2014

2010: Easley, Orr, Shariff (Orr kicked off team)
2011: NONE
2012: Jacobs (JUCO) started 4 of 22 games
2013: Cummings (JUCO), Brantley, Bostwick (Kicked off), Reed (JUCO and Failed to qualify).

so in 4 years we took in 8 DTs. 3 were JUCOs because they originally failed to qualify but we’ll count them as qualified in this instance. 2 were kicked off. 1 failed to qualify. 1 wasn’t good enough to start even with the dearth at DT.

Thats a 50% failure rate. No different than me saying that 3 of the 6 probably won’t see a down or not have an impact.

DT is difficult to predict success and it’s HARD to find quality DT.

Load up on them when you can.

Amazing how well we're doing on the defensive side of the ball and Mullen is an offensive coach. We need Henderson to give us some needed talent in the WR room (among the young guys). I understand a RB not wanting in. Our RBs combined for 11 carries vs. FSU.

if Manuel doesn’t end up in there and we don’t get Henderson WR talent will take a big step back by 2021. We need to close strong at WR.

There just has to be some movement with the assistants or he’s almost accepting the inevitable.
