Bogle is a good player but if he can't buy into the program without even meeting with the new staff then seeya! We really need players that believe in where we're going and buy into the new staffs approach. I really don't like losing out on a player like Bogle but he has to go if he isn't going to buy in! Same for the other 3. Hopefully Napier can stop this player bleed off when he arrives and can be more face to face with the team and give his approach of where he see the program going.

Guys on the team now and were recruited by us are all good athletes, just varying levels of good. Some I can't blame for not getting developed. So, if they wanna take a Mullenigan and come back to see if they make Napier's cut, I'm ok with that. They, more than anybody, now realize the kind of coaching they were getting so they're probably excited.
