I was listening to the conf on my drive home and was struck by how candid he was. He answered questions directly and intelligently, and was straightforward about what he wasn’t going to talk about. I also thought it was classy to give props to the folks on the former staff and all the behind the scenes folks. And a smart move giving the shoutouts to the local businesses.

He is looking more and more like a great hire. Who knew Stricklin had it in him?

This shows that Coach Napier is a "count your blessings" type mind. UF can certainly improve with that attitude becoming the Gator spirit. Go after being your best with the fullest positive energy, on the practice field, and on the playing field. New concepts have arrived. And new players are being brought in for UF's transformation under Napier. Also, credit all the players who stayed to implement Napier's vision. They are heroic. I look forward to seeing the return of the long-gone "fighting Gators".
