Should have kept him and canned the GM. They've not hit on most of those high picks they had.

That would be ok. But it’s also entirely possible to let things be during the off-season. I feel like teams like Detroit, Cleveland and Miami wake up every first Sunday after the season and are like, “ok, who’s getting canned” regardless of the situation. Something has to change. Rinse, repeat. And it never works.
