I guess 18 which is crazy...isnt 17 the norm these daysWhat's the age of consent in FL?
This sounds far worse.
ferg still struggles with the concept that, in these matters, 9 and 9 definitely do NOT make 18I guess 18 which is crazy...isnt 17 the norm these days
He should be cut before day's end. Make a statement Billy.
Should be 21.While that is true; it doesn't really matter, remove him from the team and move on. However, I do find it odd the age of consent in Florida is 18....
Screw that never trust a cop ****. If it weren't for the police and the courts, we'd all be living at the mercy of criminal scum. Phukk that.Well.....not so sure about that but if its true he deserves what is coming. Never trust a cop though..
I really hope it only involved him and not what I think it might be.
I used to be uneducated too. I get it.Screw that never trust a cop ****. If it weren't for the police and the courts, we'd all be living at the mercy of criminal scum. Phukk that.
Hold on there professor. Cut from the team? Yes. But in a situation like this, Sling Blade just can't come out and make a statement until the Administration says it is okay and they give him the exact words to say.He should be cut before day's end. Make a statement Billy.
LA is a 3 year difference under the age of 17.I guess 18 which is crazy...isnt 17 the norm these days
I meant making a statement by simply announcing he is no longer on the team. A one sentence tweet.Hold on there professor. Cut from the team? Yes. But in a situation like this, Sling Blade just can't come out and make a statement until the Administration says it is okay and they give him the exact words to say.
This right here. Youre not making this arrest without 99% sure you have the evidenceI have a few freinds in LE that worked these sort of criminal cases in the past, all of have since moved on to completely different areas of LE or gotten out of LE altogether b/c of the toll these types of crimes place on everyone, even the investigators.
With that being said, arrests and charges in these matters dont happen lightly, primarily b/c most individuals are end item "users" or last link supply chain providers meaning they are the ones receiving for "use" or the last person to share. LE is primarily interested in the upper levels of the pyramid and use low level individuals to help them follow the chain upwards. What I'm ultimately getting at is that there is usually a mountain of digital evidence on anyone arrested and charged before it ever happens. They have him most likely dead to rights.
“We are shocked and saddened to hear of the news involving Jalen Kitna. These are extremely serious charges and the University of Florida and the UAA have zero tolerance for such behavior.
"Jalen has been suspended indefinitely from the football program.”
