Napier isn’t going anywhere. People that think he is are are
just fooling themselves .
I do agree that he should trun over the OC job and hire a special teams coach. He has too much on his plate at this level.
I think going into the game yesterday 99% of Gator fans would have said 36 points would be enough to win the game. My biggest question is the level of our play on defense. Our linebackers look like they have never seen a wheel rout, why didn’t we spy the QB ? I don’t know if our players are that bad or the coaching on defense is that bad.
Napier isn’t going anywhere for a while. it’s amazing how much better your coach is when he has good players, it took Kirby 6 years to beat bama , this Guy will get there.
Kirby won the SEC and was in the national championship game in year 2

This feller named Urban did better. Won the SEC and Natty in year two.

I’m sick of the “Mullen left the cupboard bare” excuse for the North Georgia Inbred. You coach up what you have, which Billy Taggart has shown clearly he can’t do and can’t motivate players worth a **** either.

It's actually '45-'47. Now Billy is gonna try to be a part of history next year, to tie the most consecutive losing seasons at 4.
You already know he is going to be next year's sacrificial lamb, then we hit the reset button all over again!

I’ll just leave this here. Not sure if it’s been posted or not, but this(bottom left) pic is apparently how we spent our Tuesday last week before our most critical game of the season. Anyone defending this?

OMG! A few short years ago our head coach was a shark fcvker, then Darth Vader. Now we’ve got a drag queen running the show!

So expecting all of the incoming dudes to be all-stars right off the bat is swallowing too much hopium.
This X1000
Another issue with this recruiting class is where it is the weakest and takes the longest to develop (outside of help from the portal).......offensive line. We have adequate skill position players, yes it would be nice to have more and a mobile QB with a huge arm is also a big plus but it won't put us over the top or even near the top without a whole HELLUVA lot better offensive linemen than we have at this point.
I also haven't seen any steady improvement week to week from the offensive line to give me any hope for next year. This group takes 1 step forward for a few plays and then 2 steps back for the next 2-3 quarters....baffling.

I think the biggest and most important question this morning is how is Cover doing?
Any word Ox?
I’m home. All the plumbing is working so they discharged me. Still sore but already better than yesterday. Kinda weak but will get back eventually. Still boiling about football.

Only way to frame things. Starting with the players and including the entirety of the staff, we are S-O-F-T! As in soft as baby shti! Physically, mentally, and emotionally, because that is how they are coached, that is how they are trained, and that is how they plan, evaluate, and give feedback. “Tough” and “Hard-Nosed” and “Fight” just don’t appear to be a part of the vernacular or the way they do things. And I just don’t think you can have consistent winning football without them, even in these times we’re in. There’s still a time in every football game when you get hit in the mouth and how you respond will dictate winning or losing. I’m just not seeing that in Gainesville and bringing in a trailer full of 5 stars and training them like they are doing now won’t make a helluva lot more difference, if you are able to keep them committed.

Ahh. Home sweet home. I absolutely hate hospitals. Have a cold one or two on me.

Total chaos, and Mertz allegedly yelling to the sidelines, “what are you doing!” according to Matt Hayes. We have a talent issue, no question. But moments like this have nothing to do with that. And when questioned, the head coach plays coy and becomes adversarial. That’s why many of us are off the train.

Please do not let the facts get in the way of the truth. the poster said it took 6 years for UGly to beat Bama so clearly that is what matters. But us poor folk around here got bigger fish to fry in the UK's and ARK's and Vandy's of the world.
