I was telling my youngest afterward - imagine if half our opening doinks went in! Imagine if half their crap tossed up that fell in actually bounced out like it should have! Blowout.

But the opening was what it was, and we persevered and overcame. Clayton with what…28? Samuel with double double. We goin b good.

The biggest stat from last night was only 8 turnovers against a solid defensive team. I’ll take 16-24 from the line With half of those misses coming from Samuels. Any updates on Handlogten?

Got to see a few minutes of the game and the ending. Very impressed with this team and they are going to be fun to watch.

Couldnt stay up that late. Went to be bed down with four min. in first half. Ive watched part of 2nd half and our boys are playing some TOUGH def. Clayton is a player. The rest are playing with chemistry and unselfish. I like watching Riley K on their stud freshman. Its good for him to work hard. I was shocked seeing the score this morning. This team acts like a team. If Samuels hit FTs we run them off court.
Jesus Im watching Clayton do it all. He is playing like the Pitt freshman did early. I finally have something to live for.

Although we were cold early, there did not seem to be the number of out of control plays that dogged (I need to find a better word) the Gators earlier in the season. The announcers were all goo-goo over the panthers while they were ahead but, from the very end of the first half on, they kept talking about the Gators being a tournament team. Well I don't know about that, but the Gators have improved,

We have a good chance to demonstrate that improvement tomorrow night against the bears. As the announcer stated last night, we will finally find out the answer to the age-old question: who would win between a Gator and a bear? I don't know about that either, but 5-1 sounds good to me.

Edited title to cover championship game against Baylor, Friday 5:30.

Convinced the wife to go watch the Friday games as date time. Son is heading to the dolphins-Jets game with his uncle.

Per ESPN Baylor favored to win 58.4% and favored by 3.5pts. I’ll take those odds. This team is ready to start earning recognition, they have something to prove. And it starts tomorrow with Baylor.

As impressive as we have looked, we can't keep blowing our chances to get these Quad 1/Top 25 wins...let's get one tonight!

Florida is up 13-8 at the under 16 timeout. Samuel being the key scoring option early with Pullin

Richard needs to tighten up on defense. That’s 3 open 3s he’s allowed
