Two points...
1. If someone is treated differently based on who they are - it's discrimination. There is no reverse.
2. What about Tebow, Manziel, Mariota, Bradford, Leinert,etc. Since 2000, there have been 9 white Heisman winners (8 if you don't count Mariota as white).

None of these players are a "white" guy playing the running back position. This position, as we all know has had many more successful black players than white players.
