And the juggernaut program he built tanked.Petrino was 11-2 his final season at Arkansas. How does one find fault with that?

Wouldn't that be on John L. Smith? And the juggernaut program he built tanked.
After reading pages 5-7, you’ve clearly surpassed me in the post count. What does that make you?NV with 12 posts in this thread. He must be related to Petrino.
You got me. Long lost cousin. After reading pages 5-7, you’ve clearly surpassed me in the post count. What does that make you?
And, btw, I’ve got the post with the most likes.

We had that damaged and fired USF head coach on Urban's staff. He was a great recruiter and a solid coach. We should lock him up yesterday for something. He can be a pillar in this staff and is an exceptional recruiter..
Technically the word is imply. When you say he was born a woman, you almost infer a switch occurred along the way.
Thank you, Donk, although it's not technical. It's the actual definitions of two different words. The lack of understanding of the difference between these two words is one of my pet peeves with speakers of English with whom I've crossed paths over the last many years.Technically the word is imply.
Ox is implying something and you are inferring from what he said.
And what’s the difference between a cat and a comma?Thank you, Donk, although it's not technical. It's the actual definitions of two different words. Besides the obvious? No idea. And what’s the difference between a cat and a comma?
A cat has paws with claws while a comma indicates a pause before a clause.Besides the obvious? No idea.

Nice!A cat has paws with claws while a comma indicates a pause before a clause.
Really? Is he known for being a great recruiter? I’ve never heard that. His classes at Louisville we’re average. If he’d been hired instead of JM, I have little doubt he’d have won 9 games a few seasons, recruited decent at best, and be facing termination by year 4. We’re likely in a nearly identical position, but without Mullen, who I think can do well. Once we let Foley hire and retain WM, we were headed for disaster.
Who was that, Frank Frangie? That Duffus doesn’t know schit.Don’t know if true, but I heard on local sports radio out of Jax that Petrino was 2nd choice if Urban fell through.
