Impossible. It violates the Insti-rule of 85 minus the number of players on the team before you can countback. If Bammer is at 85 every year, they'd never be able to sign over 25.

Which service are you looking at? 247 says 13 4*, 8 3*. Rivals says 12 4*, 9 3*.
