I always liked Davis, but I get your point. Davis and Perine types, all state performers at big schools vs top competition, are always safe bets even if they dont have the top speed or athleticism some scouts want to see.

Scouts cant measure vision or "being a gamer" with a measuring tape or stop watch.

He earned that rating in 2018. Get fat and what happens? Your feet move really slow. Look at Ethan White’s tape of his senior year. He made Andrew Mike look quick. Yeah, that’s right! I worked an Andrew Mike reference into a post.

I know. And go back to when he committed and I openly said it was a bad take. Then got bashed (by somebody who posted on this page just before you posted) that I was an idiot, didn't know what I was talking about...sunshine and rainbows, pump away, blah, blah, blah.... The kid is short, fat, out of shape, and has a laundry list of Sun Belt and Conference USA offers. If he signs, I hope he pans out. But I'm not holding my breath.

Looks just like Nayquan Wright in his film (I’ve said this before) but as I’ve asked before and no one answered why does Mullen like these tiny (bowling ball type) backs. Seems like he’s want a bigger back that would match the body type of his WRs of course I’ve also brought up a small back can get lost behind the giant QB and pulling guards he employs so often in his offense

It's not a case of Mullen "likes" these type of RBs, he's just not doing a very good job of landing his top targets.

The one thing about Wright and this kid is they aren't Rainey or Demp types. Sure, they are short (5'9-ish), but they are both going to play well over 200lbs (probably 210-ish). Davis is listed at 191, Clement 202, and Pierce is 5'10 216 (so not much taller than either). These are the types that can hit the hole hard or run outside. But yeah, I'd rather land Bowman or Lee....

Anyone have access to VIP on 24/7? Curious about how Richardson looked at the Elite11

Here’s some good footage of Derek Wingo in action at the 5 star challenge.

Gilbert and Robinson (offense) looked like studs vs. the rest. Too bad we’re not in the mix for either one of them. Wingo looked okay though compared to the other defenders.

He does have a strange delivery, but many good QBs do. Despite the delivery, the ball really jobs off his hand.

He is a big beast and these things don't showcase what a running QB can do, or what happens once a defense has to respect a running QB.

It also doesn't say much too me when a QB is just throwing routes at WRs who cycle through a line. So much must happen for a QB and WR group to develop a chemistry and timing. Those receivers aren't even running decent routes often.

Richardson may be raw, but he’s far more polished than Franks was entering UF. I’m stoked to see what Mullen can do with AR’s talent.
