Two players left the program today, a WR and DT. Not sure either was a contributor but just another sign that chaos continues at UToothless

"Meanwhile, junior wide receiver Jordan Murphy, who posted a retweet laughing at how much UT paid to play GSU over the weekend, is also gone."

He will definitely get next year unless some off the field stuff got him canned after this season.

Let's face, UT played over their heads for a long time. They aren't in a recruiting-rich area where they should have been a national powerhouse. They were damn lucky they won a NC and should just be happy about that. Hell, Colorado used to be a powerhouse too.

My point is, those days are never coming back and they need to pray for 8 or 9 win seasons until the end of time.
I think Kentucky and Tennessee are swapping places... Kentucky is more of a powerhouse than them.

I think it’s a 2.5/3? Or maybe a 3/1

I think it's a new one called the Gap :eek3:

Well then UT should get Obama as HC.

Tallacrappy could get swallowed up by a sinkhole and I wouldn’t give two fvks

Hades has already regurgitated UT back up thrice.

So it looks like in their FB team, UT is starting another "cadaver field". Upcoming 4*-5* recruits take note.

They can't afford the 9. He'll get the 2 after the next losing season.

I don't think it's money that will keep him in place. He was hand selected by Fulmer when he took over as the AD, and after he'd killed at least one other hiring. Unless they burn it to the ground entirely, I think he'd have a tough time explaining how Pruitt was a gigantic mistake without indicting himself. That plus the circus that went on just 18 months ago will keep him in place, imo.

Don't forget the fans and boosters basically revolted on the Schiano hire by dredging up character accusations of him being complicit in child molestation. You don't recover from that over night. I'd be shocked if anyone worth anything gets anywhere near them for a while.

They screwed themselves for 10 years. No tier 1 coach will go near them now. And it starts at the top. Fulmer will be long gone before they get someone great in there. Unless of course they take a chance on a retread/tier 2 coach like Freeze or Petrino.
