That and more Pierce and less of the other guys.all we have to do to fix the run game is stop letting a defensive end come free and add a fullback.
there's a reason Notre Dame doesn't run that **** anymore.

God bless you.Only team left on the schedule that concerns me is Bama in the SECCG.
Sorry, but I knew Alvin York/Dork, although he was absolutely no friend of mine. And Ox is no Alvin Dork. Not even close. For that, let us all be truly grateful.Ox is hitting Alvin Dork levels of delusion
Nah. I'm happy. I can actually watch this team with out averting my eyes. Wait...what did I see...It's a pass not sideways but DOWNFIELD. But...we have a have a tough schedule coming up.
Paging @Swamp Donkey to either eat crow or make a stupid argument. This can't be true. Mullen's offense only runs bubble screens and other sideways passes. ...when they're not running the ball of course.
I know 'cause I read it here.
Do we even have a fullback on this roster? I don't think so, and none of the backs seem to want to commit to blocking. Perine tries, even had a decent block or two this game, but usually he's just a minor obstacle.
I'm with them, I had Tennessee +14.5 in your silly pickem. I was pulling for Tennessee to score one on us early in the 4th when the score was 24 to 3. Once we stopped them I said F-it let's go ahead and blow them out.The Vols calling UF crappy?
Enjoy their tears over there.
It's Unacceptable to be blown out by a crappy team.
Discuss.
My impression watching the game, but Perine not only blocks and catches better, but had 4.4 yards per attempt, better than Pierce. That and more Pierce and less of the other guys.
Yeah, like the adjustments that UT made? Here's the thing. QB's that actually know how to read defenses are usually successful regardless of "adjustments" because no scheme is perfect and in order to adjust you have to give something up. I think our defense, on the other hand, is concerning.May come as a shock to you bro, but defenses will adjust to Trask, especially if we remain one dimensional.
love that name..........Keon Zipperer has been brought in as FB on a few plays.

Must be why they keep winning the Super Bowl then. You gotta balance it out eventually.Hmmmmm. One dimensional you say. Well, two pass happy as hell NFL teams have pretty good damn success without running games. KC Chiefs for one who run a passing to run plays ratio of 62.5% to 37.5%. I call that a pass happy offense. Then there is the NO Saints who run a passing to run plays ratio of 66.39% to 33.61%. Those are one dimensional teams that both won 12 and 13 games respectively last year. If you have the right coach and the right QB that one dimensional stuff doesn't mean a damn thing.

Are you serious? Yes, of course I do.You realize the blocking scheme for the inside and outside zone has the backside DE unblocked so the QB reads him to determine whether to give it or pull it??
Literally everyone in the world runs it this way.
