Yeah. Because they don’t exist. There’s never been a white helmet with a circle around the F. There was for a brief moment a football (with laces) around the f in 67. Not in the early 60s or late 50s. It’s an alternate of a throwback.

I find it difficult to believe the university pulled that circle logo out of thin air and called this a throwback. I have a feeling UF actually did wear those helmets for a short time. Teams were changing helmets like crazy back then.

I expect pictures of UF wearing that helmet to turn up.

Found it: throwback to spurriers playing days. Pretty sure he wasn’t there in the late 50s or early 60s. Swonk in shambles yet again
