We may very well have Mr. Pitts to thank if this kid were to join the class. It doesn’t seem nearly as far fetched as I originally thought. I was very surprised he pulled an OV to us late last week and chalked it up to him wanting to see an awesome game. Now I’m beginning to realize after His visit to ND/Ugay where I don’t think a TE had a catch or maybe even a target, he really opened his recruitment back up. Ugay is the “favorite” but, notoriously underutilizes star power at TE and his comments here scream he wants to be on a team that uses the position and therefor him the way they should. Shot at Georgia? Or are we real contenders here? I’m slowing becoming optimistic if Pitts keeps doing work. Last week I never even put him in consideration.

Funny thing is “they” got in trouble for doing that very thing not long ago. Sorry paper tigers. We don’t pipe in volume. We don’t have to.... Welcome to the SWAMP!!!
Sorry in advance for being so naive on this front. But, this accusation makes little sense to me. There are other legal ways to “pump” in sound no? I mean I’m sure it’s been discussed before, I just never had interest or cared to investigate. I’m not suggesting cowbells but if those are still legal aren’t there other things fans could do? Have the cowbells ever been discussed as or suggested as being illegal? I’m sure it has. Please don’t ever bring a cowbell to The Swamp.

The accusation was based on a tweet that showed what they thought was a speaker under the seats but was actually WiFi -- gigantic nothingburger except an opportunity to spill some of their overwhelming sour grapes.

I mentioned this after the game. The fact he reached out to us tells me he likes the idea of being used out wide like a receiver the way Mullen is using Pitts. UGly will not do that which is something the staff can hammer home on. The downside is that we don't have the kind of relationship with him the way our competition does. In the end, Pitts having a huge season will be our best recruiting tool. Normally, I wouldn't want us to bother any more with guys from out west. But, all of his leading schools are in the east.

Bravo Badow ! For pointing out that good thinking = 1) good thought of thanks to TE Pitts for game performance. 2) excellent value of TE Pitts showing how fun it is to play for Mullen. Let's keep this fun-playing as Gators go on a streak. Gosh, without TOs this would have been a mid-high scoring game for us - like 38-41 points. Imagine how inviting to recruits seeing so many Gator 'sellibrations' in the end zone while the swamp went wilder.

Of the actual recruiting reports I’ve seen. Pitts was on his hip during the trip as well. He was his player host. I could see momentum building with this recruitment. In a positive light. And yes, I agree. We should have won by 30. Homer thinking is glad we didn’t. Stay focused cause they ain’t perfect. Get back to practice fix those turnovers, improve the line play and knock Burrows teeth out.

Any DTs, ILBs or safeties?

DTs - We already have Brown, Dexter, and Goods. I think Smith is the big fish we are trying to flip. Then, we are done.

ILBs - Apparently, Grantham doesn’t need them in his scheme.

Safety - We don’t need those either.

So we’ll need ILBS when Grantham is NFL DC next year.

Safety's were a major concern for me going into this season too. So far we’ve overcome that. Still need one. And I still have hopes for Williams here.

We couldn’t have advertised the brand any better.

I would have liked a blow out but it wouldn’t have been as electric for those uncommitted kids.

You can see our commits losing their minds in the end zone seats after the big plays down there.

It’s as close to defining the future direction of the program as we’ve gotten so far under Mullen.

Even Auburn admitted to the insanity of the atmosphere. Their Swamp cherry didn’t get popped. It got revenge porn annihilated.

I lived in Athens during the 2002 season so I went to every home game and most of the away games that year with my fck head buddies who went to uga, the pom poms were big back then. Not that it's any less gay just saying those tards have been waving those things for years.
Not sure if I would have admitted that if I was you.?.

I lived 20 minutes from Athens for 3 years...was invited to a LOT of games. Guess how many I attended? Zero.

I wouldn’t see their azz sniffing, ball licking team at home... I damn sure wouldn’t travel with the team for away games! No way you went to all those games and didn’t root for those bastards. Ox should demand your Gator Card here and now.
