I no Grantham fan. Coaches have to make changes eventually. SOS didn’t win until he brought in Stoops.... after 5 years. Or when he started using the shotgun.... 5 years later. And he was a HC before so that excuse is out of the window. If he changes, he’ll be fine. If he doesn’t, he’ll get fired. But he’s a very well thought of offensive mind - you hear it consistently from “football” people. Unless their feelings got hurt in 2005, apparently.

Butters? He ran a screen pass, a draw play, and a play action crossing route like clockwork. if I could see it without charting plays I'm sure the other teams managed it.

If your O's beat their X's, it works though. Everything works if your O's beat their X's.

At UF ran those plays out of different formations or whatever but the only people we seemed to confuse was ourselves.

The only people calling him a guru or some of the pumpers on here after you got hired. Saban actually commented on how stagnant the Butters offense had become after Butters left.

Anyone willing to compile a RB board of Dec/EE vs. Feb signees? I’d just be interested to see if the staff is specifically waiting on the the December backs with the confidence that there will be enough left on the board to make a hard push for if they whiff next month and who they might be.

Curious to see if Gibbs is planning to sign in Feb which would allow us to make a harder push for him than what we have seen.
