Florida Spring Access Show: April 26th

I just watched some of this and wondered why in looking at what they are teaching the players no mention of the mental part of the game, perhaps it is covered later but I think it is the most important part. Sure you can play fast, rally to the ball on defense, etc., but if you are not lined up properly and don't recognize properly all that won't win games it will actually lost them. Comment as you desire.

Those types of errors did cost them multiple times this last year.

Had a coach that said, "if you fck up during a play, do it at full speed... because at least you still have a shot at doing some damage. But if you **** before a play, you are already working at half speed." If you are out of position or going the wrong way to begin not only are you hurting yourself, but most likely more who have to cover that mistake.
