As has been mentioned, these chocolate chip cookies are Jerri's recipe and they are phenomenally good! They cook them to order and serve them, hot, on a plate monogrammed by Jerri.

The Orange and Blue Shrimp app is so very tasty and comes w/4 large shrimp so it's a perfect app proportion.

The tomahawk pork chop was perfectly cooked and seasoned and comes on a cool cutting board/plate.

The menus look and feel like they're made from football leather and have this opening...

Wow, that is some brilliantly written copy. Definitely one of the best mission statements I have seen at the front of a menu. You sit down and read something like that, and then when you turn the page, the menu prices don't seem as high as they otherwise would have, because now you feel like you're part of an experience. Sheer genius. Major props to SOS's marketing team.

The bathrooms have his plays all over the wall. This one stood out to me because I was at the game in Knoxville and a TN buddy of mine swears, to this day, that it wasn't a catch.

Depending upon the replay refs that may not be ruled a catch in today's game

If he were running into the end zone and had the ball in his possession for a split second as he crossed the line, it’s a TD regardless of what happened after. A pass is no different. He clearly caught the ball, had momentary possession within the confines of the end zone to secure a TD, and then safely dropped it, as he no longer needed to prove the obvious score. If anything he probably held it longer than was necessary and it could’ve drifted into taunting/delay of game territory. Fortunately Jabar took the high road.

My little Sis works at Infotech and think she gets a few % off when she goes there.
We went when CBN had his get together up at the rooftop bar.
Bit high priced for me but I live in the sticks and cracker barrel is fine cuisine for us :)

Other than the racial slur toward whites in its name, nothing wrong with Cracker Barrel!

Cracker Barrel is my teenage son's favorite. Something magical in their French toast plus extra bacon, and now they serve Mimosas, so who am I to complain?

As for Spurrier's, my first visit is booked for February 18th. It will be my nephew's 21st birthday celebration (born Feb. 14th, my little Valentino). Big family thing, blah, blah, blah. It couldn't come at a worst work time for me, so I'm working double til then with hopes of actually enjoying myself. Can't wait to see it, though.

We will anticipate a review of Spurrier’s after your visit

Even if it wasn't, the play occurred on first and goal. It wasn't like Spurrier wouldn't have dialed up another play for a score. If they'd ruled it incomplete, we would have had two more shots, then a field goal to tie it. That being said, I don't know how that catch would have been overturned. They have to have definitive evidence to overturn the call on the field, and it just wasn't there.

The Tennessee reaction to this just goes to show you how desperate they are. They made death threats toward the referees after the game, and they've whined about it for two decades since. They never for a moment considered the fact that Spurrier would have easily scored from there anyway. It's probably the stupidest "controversy" in the history of college football.

That's right, that was my reaction at the time but I had forgotten about that. Thanks for the reminder. I made a written note of it this time for the next time it comes up.
