So you're saying it's basically wishbone then. Worse than Mullens sideways offense. So top receiver about 400-600 yards. That's just great.
I am not saying Napier's offense is more run first than the wishbone. It is a run first and as such hopes to pass when the safeties come up rather than beating teams in the passing game. To your question, under Napier the UL-La top WR by yards:
2021: 481 yards
2020: 364 yards
2019: 906 yards
2018: 608 yards
and when he was the OC at Clemson:
2009: 626
2010: 779
So you are right for 3 out 4 years he was at UL and in full control of the program. Make of that what you want.
