Say what you want but both these starting pitchers were as good as advertised working on what would be considered short rest for a college weekend starter. Either way has been a great game and both guys done at least until Monday, at best, which hopefully will not be needed if all goes according to plan!

And UF escaped their bracket in the best possible fashion. Play Friday. One day off. Play Sunday. Two days off. Play Wed. Two days off. Only used 3 guys out of the pen and Abner has not even pitched yet, though he has been shelved for quite a while no telling where he will throw it if called upon. Be that as it may, we have both starters on full rest and our 4 bullpen guys completely fresh.
