I can't link twitter on this computer, but he was just released. Apparently they were trying to trade him and didn't find any takers. Very surprising. Hopefully he lands on a team that wins more than 2 or 3 games a year....

Didn't he have a very large contract? Probably just priced himself out of Cleveland, not a bad thing.

Apparently have been shopping him for over a year. Issues under Jackson and new leadership had more to do with injuries, unlike under issue with previous staffs.

They get rid of a quality player because of the cap. We won't dump a 3rd string caliber QB in Bortles that is making 19.5 million.

Not at this point, he became a Free Agent upon passing waivers.
