Have no idea. Dante never struck me as the kind of guy who struggles with weight like Trenton Brown did while at UF. It could be that Muschamp wanted him around 275 because it fit the scheme better. Could be that Dante just likes lifting. Or it could be that Dante liked his cheeseburgers and didn't truly get serious until this past year.

Well some are very motivated by money and of course they believe their agent a lot more than their coaches. I sort of like the watch, it makes him different.

Dante said he lost the weight because he played slower at 275. He said that was the reason you didn't see him dominating like he did at times this past year. He hopes to get down around 255.
