I think the Dude was saying 'No' that he didn't want Fowler to go to the Bears and I don't think he cares who the Bears take, as long as it's not Fowler - at least that was my interpretation. :wink:

With Dan Quinn's history with Dante and now being the head coach of the Falcons, Dante may end up here in Georgia if he's still on the board when the 8th pick arrives. On a side note, I saw Dante doing the military obstacle course a week ago yesterday competing against other defensive linemen and he looked head and shoulders above the other guys winning the challenge by about 2 seconds. It also looked like he wasn't even going full steam and could possibly have shaved another second or two off his time. His agility was really impressive during that drill.

After stunning the combine with a 4.61 at his size, it's doubtful he lasts till #8.

Hiring Fox, Fangio and Gase amounts to a large coaching upgrade on paper. We'll see what he does in the draft. We're aging on defense. Taking Fowler would appear to be a no brainer.

Im not a huge Fox fan at all (mainly philosophically) but he's had some solid teams...and his brand fits the bears fans ideals. Fowler would be an excellent choice especially if they are switching to more of a 3-4 look
