Something to read in the off-season. Pretty basic but even for you old fooseball players, sometimes the terminology has changed. You'll see that the 4-3 Under is generally what we play with most commonly when we're in a four man front and the Georgia 3-4 stuff is basically our 3-4 ("Jack" = buck and "Ted" = will in our terms). Obviously the real stuff is far more complicated with gap assignment changes/disguises and techniques to hide coverage but it's still interesting imo.

Defense rocks! I would say it's more complicated than offensive schemes because they have to anticipate all the sets from the formation shown plus react to the motion changes etc.

It depends on the position. The OL is reacting to the fronts they see on the other side of the ball constantly.
