Good note/reminder from @MoveTheSticks - Florida OT David Sharpe was late off snap of ball because he was legally blind in right eye
I think thats scarlett, cronks not bad in passpro... scarlett is awful with it.So why didn't he play right tackle?
Who else on the team is blind?
Fulwood? He couldn't see the ball.
LDR? He couldn't find the open receivers.
Cronkrite? He can't see the blitzer.
How many times were our linemen blocking each other because they're legally blind?
Think of how much better we would have been over the past years if our guys could see.
Whoever is the team optometrist needs to be fired.
Sharpe was pretty good against some decent pass rushers but he dang sure had a laziness problem at times in his training and in games. He will probably do like other Gators before him and finally get serious now that money is on the table and miraculously improve overnight.
I don't know how you are a 5* OL if you are legally blind in one eye. I saw one aritcle/tweet that said he was slow off the snap because he was legally blind in his right eye and couldn't see the ball snap... I mean why is he playing LEFT TACKLE!!!
