I would love to see Trask start if he has the talent. I just don't think he'll be anything more than a backup. Hope I'm wrong

If the Trask-trashers are wrong, will that mean Mac is a really good spotter of talent or a great
QB-developer?.... it would be nice to have an HC with the ability to polish diamonds-in-the-rough.
Looking forward to seeing Del Rio develop.

Trask was brought in to be Jake Allen's back up when Felipe transfers. There, I said it.

He's not even that. He is Christian Provancha on whom we somehow wasted a scholly.

The only way he ever contributes is if he becomes a holder for Eddie Kickem.

I hope he finds a way to develop into a quality backup, but I fear you are correct

I hope he starts from day one just to watch Law have a daily meltdown.

With the luck we've had at QB recently, we're due for a 2 or 3* to rise up.

After what he did w Harris I'd say he pretty much sucks at developing QBs, but that may be a bit harsh...except he didn't even bother to develop a 3rd string qb, so yeah....he's pretty good at developing QBs. Unless, of course, they're solid 3 stars with a 5 star OL like he had at Bama.
