Fall is in the air!

Wow - we have an amazing stretch of weather ahead of us! While the rest of the country burns to the ground, we will enjoy the fall. What’s the weather like where you are?

Northeaster coming through tonight. Lots of wind, huge surf (9-12'), and highs less than 80F over the next 3 days.

64, breezy and overcast here on the FL / GA line. Nice break from the miserable heat and gnats. Son got up and remarked “maybe we’re finally going to have a Fall again!” I hope he’s right.

I like foul weather. I like nor'easters. Weird I know. So God got me for it. I left my car in the driveway and a branch fell and dinged my car. FML. Thank you God.

Absolutely perfect stretch of weather. Windows open and the maple tree is just starting to turn. I'm getting mixed signals on the coming winter. Plenty of acorns on the ground which indicates cold weather but also seeing all brown wooly worms which mean mild winter. They usually have a mix of black and brown which indicates the severity of the winter.

The day time temps are just fine. Already too cool at night though to suit me.

The fall is here in the DC area. We had a few mornings in the low 40's already, one morning tied a record low.

Shaping up in our area to potentially be a spectacular fall as long as there aren't any strong storms that knock the leaves off prematurely.

Not much warmer as you head south. Next week in the ATL has lows in the 40s as well.
