... That and they won’t have those pesky grass stains on their knees, elbows, and backs anymore...
Or Tom Petty’s “I Was Barney Rubble”
Or “Lock the cat box” by the Clash? “Scuse me while I kiss this guy” by Hendrix?
Friend of our family was a recent F$U cheerleader (on scholly no less) and I believe is now an officer in the Marines.... So once in awhile one of them gets a bit of common sense
You think you can put up an avatar that we can actually see?
ELLLL OH ELLLL
I"ve never seen anything like this. They may have freshmen and band boys playing OL and a DB playing QB. Who is behind him? Wow. This is spectacular. These guys don't want to play FAMU.
Other than Louisiana Monroe and Trailerbammer State, it is hard to see too many wins. I'm not even sure about Monroe. This guy inherited a top 5 roster!
Full article USA TODAY High School SportsFour-star safety Nick Cross compromises with family, flips from FSU The reason why four-star S Nick Cross still hasn't signed with FSU? His parents It took six days for the family to come to the decision to compromise on in-state Maryland. He originally committed to FSU on Sept. 3, 2018 over offers from more than 35 other programs including Alabama, Auburn, Penn State, Georgia, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame. It came down to four teams. The Seminoles had to battle PSU, Maryland, and UGA down to the wire. Cross took an unofficial to UGA and an official visit to PSU over the final week of the recruiting process. Cross’ father was pushing him to sign with PSU. He took an unofficial visit to Maryland two weeks before NSD. He didn’t visit FSU over the final three months of his recruitment. His FSU official visit came in June. Maryland coach Mike Locksley was recruiting Cross when he was at Alabama and brought the relationship that he had built with the talented safety prospect there when he was hired on in January. Locksley also hired Cross’ high school head coach Elijah Brooks as his running backs coach at Maryland. He attended The Opening Finals and was a standout performer in the All-American Bowl. He is also one of the fastest college football players in the country. He specialized in the 60-meter dash and has a career-best 6.81. Cross, 6-foot, 205 pounds, is ranked as the No. 4 safety and the No. 55 overall prospect in the 2019 class per the 247Sports composite rankings. His decommitment drops FSU’s class from No. 16 to No. 18 where it will finish as the worst class FSU has signed since 2007. The Seminoles finish the class with 21 signees
He's at a Nike coaching clinic I was originally going to attend. I may have to cancel my plans to be there for the Q&A.
With WiLLLLLLLie driving? More like:
"kiss this FLY"! Get it right, Master Chief! But seriously, after the Spring game we should make a thread of lyric "variances". Might help keep blood pressures down during the "silly season".
Be sure to tell him to keep doing what he's doing; you and your friends are really pleased with his efforts thus far; he has the program headed in the right direction; and ignore the haters. You might also mention that a lot of folks you discuss it with are pulling for him to have a long tenure there.
And if he’s married, be sure to introduce his wife to Taylor Jacobs.
I know the buyout is large, but with losing Cross and now this news, the fire is getting so large that they will have to put it out sooner rather than the later we all are hoping for. I have now moved my expectation that he can't last more than two years unless some phony hope is injected, but right now it is all negative there.
