Treon has a slight issue with staring down his receivers.

But, it's really nice to be b!tching about something so small compared to what we've been forced to endure the last 4 years.

Grier looked nothing short of awesome (other than the fumble), but Harris played really well, too. Both deserve some playing time.

That's the fastest I've ever seen someone run in a football game.

I also don't think there's a chance in hell Treon runs a 4.48 40 yard dash. He may have once, and then he woke up.

Hmmm....was he dreaming at the Nike Football SPARQ combine?

Both QB's played great and it is a joy to be able to say that now. I believe Grier should be the starter and hopefully we will not need Harris to take over.

I call him WilleyG! That throwing motion is smooth as Jazz and he throws a frozen rope.

And still an issue with throwing the quick outs, two passes that would have been intercepted in SEC play.

Agreed. I watch some of the replay and he's just not as quick getting it out as Will was.....however Treon has improved his velocity on some of his passes, he just needs to get it out faster.

Kid can throw, just either doesn't have the arm for the quick outs or the anticipation for it.

You can just see a difference in the way Grier played...looked like a true QB with the way he went through his reads and got the ball out so quickly. Treon looked unsure and late on several throws that while were completions they most likely would not be in SEC play. He looks improved over last year for sure but still reminds me too much of the QB play we've seen the past 6 years. Hopefully Grier gets the start this week and bring Treon in only if need be.

Mehhh, you throw earlier. Danny was the king of that.

Easier said than done. Treon stares down the receiver. The touchdown toss was another example, released late and well underthrown. It's too bad because he's got a decent arm and throws a nice, tight spiral.

So Will Grier is a stud and Treon is a studder ?

For me I saw Grier throw two passes in that game Treon will never be able to throw. I feel pretty good about his propects and I'm looking forward to see him develop his game with a coaching staff that seems to know what they are doing.

I don't know how you can see that from the TV film. I have trouble seeing what the DBs are doing and the numbers on the linemen, much less what their eyes are doing.

As long as you have receivers who run consistent routes.
