I, for one, can appreciate spontaneity but I think everyone is looking at this through some really thick Orange and Blue glasses.
First, Neal definitely looses some street cred here. You never play down to the competition, especially on the dance floor. For some reason, this video made me think of that line from Stripes. "Black guys, help the white guys, okay"
And for the cop, what can I say? I'm no DWTS judge, but that is downright horrible. He would've been better off trying to whip and nae nae and let Neal help him out with the moves. At least then it would've been funny. But, from the looks of him, I doubt he knows who Silentó is.
