If he's got the quickness to play the position at this level he's certainly got the size. I think he was a fatty when they first got him but the roster from last year shows him at 323 which would lead me to believe he is probably moving much better than he did when we first recruited him.

About the same age as Kelvin Benjamin when he was ineligible to play his senior year in high school. Kelvin Benjamin was almost 24 after his redshirt sophomore season.

Forsythe definitely added some muscle over the past year. He has more of that get off the bus first look now.

He was a nasty dude in his HS tape. Just pummelling dudes and taking them 10 or 15 yards down field. Or pancaking one dude then taking another.

You know, the GFB video with all the guys working out, I knew every single one of them. I could not do that under Mac or even the last two years of Champ. I just didn’t care enough.

I think the knock on him was slow feet. I think he's probably going to be our starting LT so we'll get to see how that has come along pretty quick.

Same here. My favorite take away was the good-natured **** talk between Bleich and Stone about the workout in which Stone points out his group "won" the exercise. That there's competition in these workouts is a good sign. I also noticed how many of our guys are retweeting Hurricane **** talk with no real comment.
Maybe a sign that they are dialed in this off season and using it to fuel their conditioning? Let's hope so. I'd like Miami downgraded to a tropical depression.
