I remember FSU getting some kind of show back in the day on showtime maybe? I’ve been hoping we’d get this kind of exposure for awhile. Whoever is in the office putting this stuff together (week 0 etc) or getting the opportunity to be in the discussion should get a raise
He had to fire that raging idiot during a time where there just wasn’t much available. Norvell has fizzled. Fuente is trash. Frost is questionable but at the moment mediocre. Kelly is a dumpster fire and I’m sure there will be a book or at least an article about that infamous interview with Stricklin. The more time passes the more I believe they were heavily turned off by him and thank god they were.I'm usually quite the cynic on Stricklin, but I'll give him this. A friend of mine works directly with the UAA and he say's Stricklin is huge on exposure and very demanding about it. In meetings leading up to the O&B game, according to him, Stricklin was livid about the lack of "buzz" surrounding the game and pushed for a campaign to get people talking about it. So criticism aside, he does seem to understand that at least.

I think Stricklin is smart and moving the program in the right direction. Wether Mullen was it or not doesn’t matter. He was clearly the best in a shallow pond of coaching talent

Nice. I like the exposure.
I'm told they also approached Taggart about it this week. But he felt like his team needed to focus and just couldn't afford a 4th loss.
